CRA Fiscal Year

The CRA's fiscal year begins October 1 and ends on September 30 each year.

Boundaries

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) was established in 2012, covering approximately 411 acres. In 2019, the CRA expanded by an additional 419 acres, bringing the total area to about 830 acres. As outlined in the 2020 CRA Plan Amendment, the district is organized into five distinct Planning Areas.
