The Niceville Library provides free basic notary service on a case-by-case basis. You must provide a current photo ID, and the form must be an official document that includes a notarial certificate or jurat. Do not sign the document until you are in the presence of a notary. Please call ahead to ensure one of our notaries is available, or if you have questions about this service.
Forms we can usually notarize include:
- School-related documents (field trip, extracurricular activities, etc.)
- Forms required by the City of Niceville and Okaloosa County
- Certain forms required by the military
Forms we do not notarize include, but are not limited to:
- Typed or handwritten letters
- Out-of-state forms
- Real estate documents
- Financial documents
- Wills
- Forms requiring an attorney
Niceville Library notaries do not conduct marriage ceremonies.
