Payment Options
In Office
Cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or Discover card only (plus1% convenience fee).
A return envelope is provided with your monthly bill. To avoid a late penalty, postmark must be on or before the 10th of the month.
Drop Boxes
A drive-up box is located in the parking lot at the horseshoe bend on the island across from the Police Dept. A smaller walk-up box with a red top is located next to the utility billing entrance. Checks or Money order only, no cash please.
Auto Debiting
When you sign up for auto-debit, your bank account will be debited on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the debit will occur on the next business day. You will receive a monthly bill in either hard copy or as a PDF via email.
The auto-debiting agreement will remain in effect until either party gives written notice to the other of termination. I understand my notice must be received by the City in time for it to have a reasonable opportunity to act.
To sign up for this service please visit our office or click and print the agreement form below. Complete this form and return it to our office along with a voided check by the 20th of the month. The next bill you receive will be pre-noted and the draft will begin the following month when your bill states “paid by draft” under the amount due.
Online Payments
You can set up an account online to view your utility information, such as transaction and consumption history, and also pay your utility bill if you choose to. There is a 1% fee (1% convenience fee and $1.25 website hosting fee). Now offering one-time payments and recurring monthly auto-drafts with Visa, MasterCard, & Discover only. Please have your account number and last payment amount (if paying before first bill input $0.00 as payment amount) Pay your utility bill.
Important Online Payment Update:
We’ve added new security to our payment system. Your card’s billing address and zip code must match exactly, or the payment may be declined. If this happens, please check that you entered the correct billing address and zip code for your card.
If an auto payment is declined, you will need to make a one-time payment after updating your information in Municipal Online. If your card details change (like the expiration date, CCV code, or billing address), you will need to turn off Auto Pay, update your card, and then turn Auto Pay back on.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience. Please call our office if you have questions.

To pay by phone dial 855-589-7811 or 850-279-6436, ext. 1113
The city has introduced an automated telephone number for customers to call and pay their utility bills. There is a 1% fee, which includes a transaction fee and a $1.25 website hosting fee. To make a payment, you'll need to provide your account number and house number so that the system can locate your account information. From now on, we will no longer manually enter your information for your utility bill payments.
