Investigations
The Investigations Division is comprised of two sections:
General Investigations Section
- The General Investigations Section provides investigative services on all serious crimes to include burglaries, major thefts, homicides, sexual battery cases, child abuse, robberies and financial crimes.
Special Investigations Section
- The Special Enforcement Section provides proactive investigative services of narcotic violations, "vice" crimes, gang related incidents, and other specialized investigation as well as gathering criminal intelligence. Members of the Special Investigations Section participate in the Multi-Agency Drug Task Force comprised of law enforcement agencies throughout Okaloosa County.
The Investigations Division is also responsible for following up on all tips reported to our anonymous tip line and online tip form.
