  13. Describe in detail the information you are requesting. If you are able, please provide the case number, date and time of occurrence, location, type of case and involved parties. If applicable, include the time frame for the records search, for example, "week of", "month of", or "one year from this date."

  15. The Niceville Police Department is committed to providing records requests in a timely manner in the order they are received. There may be a cost for the research time and cost for duplication of requested records. See as follows: The first 30 minutes and five (5) pages are free. After that, the charge will be $27.29 per hour and .15 cents per page.
