The Community Development Department serves as a one-stop resource for planning, permitting, and development services. The department oversees Planning & Zoning, Building Permitting and Inspections, Floodplain Management, the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), and the issuance of Business Tax Receipts. Through these functions, staff help property owners, businesses, and residents navigate development regulations, safeguard life and property, and promote sustainable growth.

Hours of Operation & Location

Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our office is located at 212 Partin Drive N. Our entrance can be found to the right side of the main entrance to the Police Department.
