To assist Niceville in its efforts to accommodate the growth that is occurring in our town. Through creating better infrastructure, beautification projects, and recreational opportunities, we can make Niceville a place that families continue to want to call home.
Cathy has been a Niceville resident and local realtor for 25 years. During this time, she served on the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce where she currently serves on the Military Affairs Committee and is an Ambassador, served in the Children’s Ministry at Crosspoint Methodist Church and she has also held many leadership positions both locally and on the state level. She is a 2008 graduate of Leadership Okaloosa, a 2010 graduate of ECAR Leadership Academy, and a 2017 graduate of Florida Realtors Leadership Academy. Within her real estate community, Cathy has been awarded membership in the Florida Realtors Honor Society since 2013, has been voted Niceville Realtor of the Year in 2015 and 2018, and was named an Honorary Commander for the 96th Seek Eagle Squadron at Eglin Air Force Base. In her spare time, you can also find Cathy race-walking around town and competing in various races for which she has won numerous medals.
Cathy has been married to Gene Alley since 2004. Between them they share five children: Maribeth Wollard, David Alley, Krissinda Chambers, Eric Clark, and Tiffany Hedges. They also have nine grandchildren: Courtney, Peyton, Maggie, Camden, Sebastian, Austin, Rylee, Vivienne, and William.
