Open pool table play every day of the week from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Join your friends to play pool or make some new ones!
Throughout the week, members meet up and play various games in the cafe, including Rummikub, cards, puzzles, etc. If games aren't your thing, come in, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the camaraderie.
Enjoy Floor Shuffleboard in back recreational area, equipment can be signed out at the front desk.
Bring your putter or sign out one of ours and enjoy our turf putting green in our back recreational area.
Members get to enjoy pickleball open play with their friends and family over the age of 55 from 8:30 AM-1:00PM & 3:00-4:30.

Zumba Gold is a dance/fitness class that is designed to be a low impact class with routines that are easy to follow.
All craft levels invited. Bring your own craft and socialize. Tables available for those who need the space. Class limited to 9 people.
Improve posture, range of motion, and core strength through seated and standing movements. Maintain joint mobility, increase balance and stability, and release stress. Come breathe and move with us! This is an interactive, hands-on class that takes the medical jargon out of diabetes education and uses props and real-life equipment to apply practical diabetes self-management. I would love to be able to bring this program to your center, perhaps in September or October. Please let me know what you think!
