Craft Day in the Teen Space

Get crafty in the Teen Space! Supplies will be provided by the library. The Teen Space is reserved for students age 13-17.

Billiards

Open pool table play every day of the week from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Join your friends to play pool or make some new ones!

Café Social & Games

Throughout the week, members meet up and play various games in the cafe, including Rummikub, cards, puzzles, etc. If games aren't your thing, come in, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the camaraderie.

Open Floor Shuffleboard

Enjoy Floor Shuffleboard in back recreational area, equipment can be signed out at the front desk.

Open Putting Green

Bring your putter or sign out one of ours and enjoy our turf putting green in our back recreational area.

Pickleball Open Play

Members get to enjoy pickleball open play with their friends and family over the age of 55 from 8:30 AM-1:00PM & 3:00-4:30.

Table Tennis Open Play

Join us during our open play 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM except during Table Tennis Lessons. Table tennis is one of the lowest injury causing sports. Lets have fun while improving our health.

Yoga Breeze

Hatha yoga class for the practitioner interested in developing strength, flexibility, and balance. Restorative breathing and relaxation techniques reduce stress and calm the mind. This class is ideal for developing safe, steady, and gradual progress for improved health and fitness. $3 donation requested.

iPhone and iPad Tutorial- CANCELLED

Learn how to navigate your iPhone and iPad and optimize your devices while learning online safety features.

Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is a dance/fitness class that is designed to be a low impact class with routines that are easy to follow.

Craft Group - Thursday

All craft levels invited. Bring your own craft and socialize. Tables available for those who need the space. Class limited to 9 people.

Chair Yoga

Improve posture, range of motion, and core strength through seated and standing movements. Maintain joint mobility, increase balance and stability, and release stress. Come breathe and move with us! No pets, including emotional support animals. Service animals for disabilities only. $3 donation requested.

Have you heard about pickleball? Its the fastest growing sport for seniors and you can learn how to play at the Niceville Senior Center on our brand new courts. We have all the equipment you need, so come on and try it out! $3 donation requested.

Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP)

6 Week Course, Register to attend. Call the front desk at 850-279-6436 ext 1602 This is an interactive, hands-on class that takes the medical jargon out of diabetes education and uses props and real-life equipment to apply practical diabetes self-management. I would love to be able to bring this program to your center, perhaps in September or October. Please let me know what you think!
