Open pool table play every day of the week from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Join your friends to play pool or make some new ones!

Throughout the week, members meet up and play various games in the cafe, including Rummikub, cards, puzzles, etc. If games aren't your thing, come in, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the camaraderie.

Enjoy our seated bike machines, treadmill, elliptical machine, light weights and tension bands for a great workout.

Enjoy Floor Shuffleboard in back recreational area, equipment can be signed out at the front desk.

Bring your putter or sign out one of ours and enjoy our turf putting green in our back recreational area.

Members get to enjoy pickleball open play with their friends and family over the age of 55 from 8:30 AM-1:00PM & 3:00-4:30.

Join us during our open play 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM except during Table Tennis Lessons. Table tennis is one of the lowest injury causing sports. Lets have fun while improving our health.

Hatha yoga class for the practitioner interested in developing strength, flexibility, and balance. Restorative breathing and relaxation techniques reduce stress and calm the mind. This class is ideal for developing safe, steady, and gradual progress for improved health and fitness. $3 donation requested.

Zumba Gold is a dance/fitness class that is designed to be a low impact class with routines that are easy to follow.

Improve posture, range of motion, and core strength through seated and standing movements. Maintain joint mobility, increase balance and stability, and release stress. Come breathe and move with us! A Support group to help with the healing process and develop coping skills after the loss of a loved one. Please call the Niceville Senior Center to reserve a spot or just drop in.
