This 8-week program helps improved movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation and can also help decrease pain and falls. Program requires reservation and commitment to the 8-week class. Please see staff personnel to register and fill out Tai Chi form.

Sign up for these group lessons with an International Olympic Committee trained coach with over 30 years of experience. These lessons will benefit beginners and experienced players who are looking to improve. Table tennis is one of the lowest injury causing sports. Let’s have some fun while improving our health!
