This book club is for boys and girls in 5th through 7th grade and meets the 3rd Friday of each month from 4pm-5:00pm. Each session will include book discussion, activities and refreshments. To ensure we have enough supplies for everyone, registration is required each month.

Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Perfect for all levels of fitness. Light weights optional; please bring your own weights. $3 donation requested.
Encourage flexibility and range of motion through a series of mat exercises and yoga poses. This class will also incorporate restorative breathing techniques to promote stress reduction and increase mental clarity.
