Studies have shown that individuals who have social ties are happier, healthier and live longer. All of us want that! Why not get together with your friends and soon to be friends and have some creative fun?
Each person will bring their own craft supplies to work on the project of their choosing and all crafts and levels are invites. Tables will be available for those who need the space.

Our Code Club meets on Thursdays from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm. The club is open to grades 5 through 8 and registration is required. Each meeting of Code Club will have an exercise for participants to complete aimed at helping them to learn to create games with Scratch coding. We recommend that participants attend all meetings, as future meetings will build on previously-covered concepts. Club size is limited to 14 students, as we have a limited number of laptops for participants to use.

The Writers Support Group meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6 pm in the Library. Writers of all genres and experience are welcome. The group's goal is to equip and encourage writers through instruction, hands-on writing exercises, and critique so the individuals may attain the level of craft they desire, whether for pleasure or publication. Each session is facilitated by Linda Safford.
