    The focused concentration required to practice the Taoist Tai Chi arts occupies the mind, drawing it away from daily worries and tension. Each step in the training is intended to help the mind return to stillness, clarity, and wisdom, and the body to a balanced, relaxed and healthy state. Learning to quiet the mind, even while moving through the tai chi set, lays a foundation for integrating the principle of stillness in our daily lives (Taoist Tai Chi Society). $3 donation requested to instructor.
