The City of Niceville is excited to host a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday January 13th at 1pm and the Niceville Kanding site on Bayshore Dr. celebrating the start of construction on a new dock and pier at Old Town Landing! This important milestone marks a big step forward in the long-term revitalization of the Niceville Landing area.
Made possible through funding from the Niceville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and Okaloosa County Tourist Development Funds, this project is part of the CRA’s Niceville Landing Rehabilitation Project. Once completed, Old Town Landing will feature a new dock and pier, a splash pad, commercial upland development, and other community-focused amenities for everyone to enjoy.
