Join us for Light Chair Exercises & Lemonade, a refreshing way to move and socialize! These gentle, seated exercises are perfect for all fitness levels and can be done anywhere. After the session, cool down with a glass of lemonade and enjoy a relaxed chat with friends. Reservations recommended.
